⚔ Competition Period — Week 1

Players may join either the Lords of Dawn or the Revolutionaries of Dusk and earn points by collecting Seal Stones and participating in the Festival of Darkness.

Runs from Monday 6 p.m. until the following Monday at 6 p.m. After it ends, all scores are tallied and the winner is determined.

☽ Seal Validation Period — Week 2

The results of the previous competition are applied. Members of the winning group receive various benefits according to the seals they control. Members of the losing group are subject to various disadvantages.

Starts Monday at 6 p.m. and lasts until the following Monday at 6 p.m.

When the Seal Validation Period ends, a new competition immediately begins. All faction affiliations are reset — players are free to join any team for which they qualify in the new cycle.
1
Rewards for Seal Stone Collection

All players of the winning group may claim rewards proportional to the number of Seal Stones dedicated during the Competition Period. Visit your faction's Priest during the Seal Validation Period and select "Get Reward for Seal Stone Collection."

  • Rewards are distributed in Ancient Adena, scaled to the quantity and type of stones you turned in. Blue stones yield the least; Red stones yield the most.
  • Ancient Adena can be spent on consumables such as CP Potions and SP Scrolls directly from your faction Priest.
  • Ancient Adena is also accepted by Mammon's Trader and Mammon's Blacksmith for rare items and weapon services.
2
Rewards from the Festival of Darkness

All parties entering the Festival of Darkness pay a participation fee. These fees accumulate over the Competition Week and are awarded in full to the highest-scoring party of the winning group, per grade level.

  • For each of the 5 grade brackets, the winning group's top-scoring party claims the entire accumulated fee pool for that bracket. Reward is paid in Ancient Adena.
  • Claims are made from the Festival Guide, located at the Oracle of Dawn during the Seal Validation Period. You must visit in person.
  • Only the party with the highest score for a given grade and belonging to the winning group qualifies. Second place receives nothing.
3
Trading Seal Stones for Ancient Adena

Members of the winning group may exchange any remaining Seal Stones directly for Ancient Adena during the Seal Validation Period.

  • Visit a Dusk Priestess in any village and select "Exchange Seal Stones with Ancient Adena."
4
Controlling the Seal of Avarice

When the Seal of Avarice is held by the Revolutionaries of Dusk, the faction gains exclusive control over the eight Necropolises and access to unique vendors and bosses within.

🏰
Necropolis Control
  • The Revolutionaries of Dusk take possession of all 8 Necropolises. Players not belonging to the winning group are denied entry for the duration of the Validation Period.
  • Exception: If the competition ends in a draw, both groups retain access to the Necropolises.
👁
Anakim — Sacred Boss
  • Anakim, holder of the Sacred Torch, awakens in the Disciples Necropolis. She is the archenemy of the Dusk faction and a powerful raid target.
🏪
Mammon's Trader
  • Mammon's Trader roams the Necropolises, accepting Ancient Adena.
  • His stock includes: Scroll: Enchant Armor (all grades), A-grade Crystals, Gemstones, and various Dyes — all unavailable in regular shops.
5
Controlling the Seal of Gnosis

When the Seal of Gnosis is held by the Revolutionaries of Dusk, the faction gains exclusive control over the six Catacombs, access to Mammon's Blacksmith, town teleports, and powerful support buffs in every village.

🏰
Catacomb Control
  • The Revolutionaries of Dusk take possession of all 6 Catacombs. Non-members of the winning group can no longer enter.
  • Exception: A draw result allows both groups to access the Catacombs throughout the period.
🔨
Mammon's Blacksmith
  • Mammon's Blacksmith frequents the Catacombs and accepts Ancient Adena for exclusive services.
  • Services include: trading C or D-grade weapons for higher quality ones, and bestowing Special Abilities on A-grade weapons.
🌀
Town Teleports
  • Pay Ancient Adena to a Dusk Priestess in any village to be teleported directly to major hunting grounds, saving travel time.
Village Support Magic
  • An Orator of Revelations appears in each village, casting support buffs on all members of the Revolutionaries of Dusk.
  • A Preacher of Doom also appears, casting debuffs and curses on members of the Lords of Dawn.
6
Controlling the Seal of Strife

When the Seal of Strife is held by the Revolutionaries of Dusk, sweeping penalties are applied to all castles across the world — weakening the Lords of Dawn's strongholds and siege capabilities.

  • Castle lords may no longer hire powerful mercenaries. Only novice-level guards are available for hire during this period.
  • The defense capability of all castles and castle gates is greatly reduced, making them far easier to breach during sieges.
  • The cost to upgrade castle gates and walls is greatly increased, placing a heavy burden on defending lords.
  • The maximum tax rate that castle lords may set is greatly reduced, cutting their income from owned territory.
  • During a siege, the registration of all clans participating in Castle Defense — except those governing the castle itself and their allies — will be automatically cancelled.
The Seal of Strife has the greatest impact on PvP and castle siege gameplay. Clans controlling castles should plan siege defenses carefully during Dusk victories.
