Overview

Sieges are large-scale player-versus-player events in which clans compete to seize control of castles across the realm. By default, all castles are initially occupied by NPC Clans and become contested once a PC Clan initiates a siege.

Castle Ownership

All castles begin under the control of NPC Clans. When a PC clan defeats an NPC clan and occupies the castle, it becomes the exclusive possession of that clan.

  • When a PC Clan defeats an NPC clan and occupies the castle, that castle becomes the possession of the PC clan.
  • If a clan with ownership of a castle has been dissolved, the castle is returned to its initial state — under NPC control once more.

🕰
Selecting a Siege Time

Only the Castle Lord may select a siege time. This is done through the Chamberlain NPC located inside the castle.

Important Warning
  • Take care when choosing a siege time — it cannot be changed once it is set. Consider your clan's availability carefully before confirming.
🔄
Automatic Assignment
  • Any lord occupying a castle must determine the next siege time within 24 hours of occupying the castle.
  • If no time is selected, the game automatically sets the siege time for two weeks after the castle has been occupied — on the same day of the week.
📜 All sieges occur during the weekend in real-time — either Saturday or Sunday.

Castle Protection Period

A castle does not receive any form of attack until the next scheduled siege time. This protection window ensures newly occupied castles can be organised before facing challengers.

  • A castle does not receive damage from any form of attack until the next siege time arrives.
  • The next castle siege time is either Saturday or Sunday, two weeks after the castle has been occupied.
  • A clan that has successfully occupied a castle may safely possess it for up to 15 days.
💡 Use the protection period to recruit allies, coordinate your defence roster, and prepare fortifications well before the siege date arrives.
